Wireless Works for Only the Main User.  Other users cannot use.

The wireless is set up with security, I plugged in the 2 encrypted strings for other users. When logged into the laptop as other users, I see a good connection (signal quality excellent, ip address good) but there is a popup down by the lower right hand side of the screen saying no connectivity.
