Use PHP to enable Ringtone and Wallpaper Downloads

I am trying to come up with a way to use php for wap ringtone and wall paper downloads.

Basically what i want to do is to make it possible for people to download true tones (mp3) and wall papers (jpeg) into their phones via wap.

I need guidance and sample code on how i can make this possible via PHP.

Sampels to delivery images/jpeg and another to delivery wall paper will help.
