Outdoor wireless at hotel

Have a large hotel.  Almost 300 rooms, spread across 3 buildings.
Wireless has always been an issue.
Installed a Hi-Gain 15dBi Outdoor Omni-directional Antenna on the side of the roof (the facia) of the center building.  Sixty feet of High-Gain cable between the antenna and the router.
Signal isn't what I'd hoped.
I'm sure it has to do with the sixty feet of cable.
Purchased a power booster.  The adapters only allow it to be installed at the router.  I wanted it installed between the two cables.
I'd really like to get the wireless better.
Any product recommendations?
Any configuration recommendations?

Thanks.
