Setting up a RADIUS server to authenticate wireless users

I want to set up a radius server to authenticate wireless users on our network. I'm using the MS IAS server, and Cisco Aironet 1200 AP's.

We have 700+ users, many of whom have very little knowledge on computing matters, so I want to make the logon process as easy as possible.

I know that I can use the radius server to authenticate via security certificates, but I was wondering if using WPA-TKIP might be a better option, though I have no idea how to set the radius server up for this.
