Newer T60 laptops don't see our acess points but do see others, all older T's do pick it up.

We currently started using IBM T60 laptops in our office. Our older laptops range from T20's - T42's to some X series and such. All the older laptops can see our wireless network, the newer T60-T61's don't at all yet they see every other network out here.

I have tried everything I can think of, reinstalling drivers, updating firmware, bios.

I would like to add that I am new here and wasn't trained in how the network really operates for more than three days so it might be something on the AP side that I'm missing but it all seems pretty standard except for our WAP encryption.

I guess what I'm looking for is a few possible likely causes of this, if that gets me nowhere then I can start adding specifics such as the type of equipment and configurations made.
