I am testing the Cisco WLC 4402 (testing phase ) in our WLAN environment. We have symbol VRC6946 as the wireless clients in one of the vlans.
The issue i have is with roaming it is very inconsistent and the controller is giving me the following error message:
"Decrypt errors occurred for client {mac-address} using WEP key on 802.11b/g interface of AP {mac-address}"
Some of the clients have no problem and some has roaming issues.I compared the software version of the clients but it is inconsistent. It may be a hardware issue with the clients...but i still would like to know what that error message means...and is there any settings in the controller to fix the problem.
Your thoughts are really appreciated.
