Router Monitor

Hi,

I am trying to monitor network usage in my home environment.

I have a Netgear wireless ADSL router through which all the machines on my network connect to the net. The Router management console is quite useless in giving me info on what traffic is going through.

I have 2 PC's an Xbox and at times up to 3 laptops connected to the internet.

I would like to have an  idea of how much traffic each connected machine generates over a period of time. It would be a bonus if I could also see what traffic it was - Multiplayer online gaming from the Xbox, downloading from the pc's, general browsing etc.

I know I am not asking for much!!! *lol*
