Excel VBA macro download to iSeries & iSeries job initiation within the VBA macro

I need an Excel VBA macro solution to down load a spread sheet to the iSeries (formally AS/400) and then to initiate an iSeries job to process the downloaded sheet.
I have already created a VBA macro that converts the data to .csv format and downloads it to an IFS (Integrated File System) folder in the iSeries.
I have also coded & tested a CL (Command Language) program that would process the down loaded sheet.
I think the key to this Excel VBA macro solution is, what code should be part of this macro in order to initiate an iSeries job ?
