Browse All TopicsRecently we bought three new HP laptops for our outside sales people at work. I installed the AS/400 Iseries Access for Windows version 6.1 and everything was groovy for a couple of weeks. Then all three laptops at the same time started running into an "Internal Licensing Error" when trying to log on. I thought perhaps when Windows updated automatically it made the software incompatible, so I restored the laptops, reinstalled the software, and turned off windows updates. A few weeks later and the internal licensing error is back. I restored the laptops and am still running into the error. The laptops run off of Vista.
