I am trying to move an AS/400 .mbr file to a PC so that I can put it into an excel or sql database.  I have no clue on how to move the file via FTP to the PC.

Within the AS/400 Operations Manager, the file is located in:
FILE SYSTEMS
INTEGRATED FILE SYSTEM
QSYS.LIB
FILE.LIB
JJS.FILE
JJS.MBR

This is what I have done so far:
TURN ON FTP SERVER ON THE PC
SIGN ON TO THE AS/400
ENTER "FTP"
ENTER "IP ADDRESS OF FTP ON PC"
ENTER "USERID"
ENTER "PASSWORD"
This is where I am stuck, what syntax should I use for the PUT command?
