how can i fire a Ends with Query in IBATis

in my case  the % sign of the WHERE clause getting escaped. ibatis is removing the '%'  when i fire a LIKE query as  
"select data FRom TABLE WHERE DATA LIKE %ABC".  in this case the query is fired for "LIKE ABC" only not as "LIKE %ABC" as string ending with 'ABC'
