If not use Fdisk in win98 boot floppy or CD, or UBCD which has partition utils.

i did format hdd , now what i should i now ? i hv only ghost image of total partition disk
i does restore with ghost32 but machine can not boot only showing courser _ blinking

After restore you need to set the recently restored partition Active. Since then it should boot.
Is there such option in your Ghost boot CD?
