Copying an XP Profile to another domain

I have an XP Pro workstation that I have setup with a complex profile.
I want to move this workstation from the domain it's currently connected to, to another domain, but when joining the new domain I want the user to be able to login as usual and still get the same configured profile that they had when they were connected to the previous domain.
How do I achive this please??
