Browse All TopicsWe have upgraded cPanel and since then we have not been unable to access cPanel or WHM using HTTPS. You get the certificate warning but then the web site does not load after accepting the self signed certificate.
Current version are as follows:
cPanel 11.24.5-R37629 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 CENTOS 5.3 i686 vmware
Note the cPanel server is behind a NATed firewall. We have tried to access WHM via a local machine on the same internal network but get the same problem.
Can you please help fix this problem?
