Web Host Master - View passwords?

I have a dedicated server account with a hosting company. It uses cPanel's WHM.

I'm running a number of my own websites on the server - each of which has its own cPanel.

My home PC hard drive died a couple of days ago and I lost a load of precious data and info relating to these websites - most importantly, the passwords for the email and FTP access.

I've looked and looked and can't find this information anywhere! If I go to change a password it asks for the old one first!
