It sounds like you have a single mail account at the ISP configured to receive mail for multiple recipients. To retrieve those messages and distribute them to multiple local mail accounts you need to use the multidrop feature of fetchmail. You'd do that with something along the lines of:
poll pop.provider.net:
user maildrop with pass secret1 to 'tony.zhang'='linux-tony' 'next.acct'='linux-next'
