Sending mail to my e-mail address when yum updates clients

Hi Experts,

I need an advise or guidence with something that I need to do when yum updates my clients.
I would like to have yum sent me an e-mail when ever it does an update to my clients.

I need guidence on seting up Postfix on my clients for this to happen then a script that will send me an e-mail when ever yum updates a machine manually updating or automatically updating.

With the Mrepo server configuration the is a script that does this when an update happens to it.
