Sendmail not using proper domain name on dedicated server

I have a linux dedicated server, my problem is...

I have multiple sites hosted on the server. When I send email from or telnet to each of the different mail.site1.com 25 it always comes up with dedicated.mysite.com (my default server hostname) and even shows dedicated.mysite.com in all outgoing email headers.

The server is running recent version of Sendmail.Start Free Trial
