Need help configuring SAMBA on CentOS

Trying to configure SAMBA on a new install of CentOS.

I installed SAMBA and made a simple share, but I went into the config and tried to config it for Wins and Domain controller, Now the share is not accessable and I never see the system show up on the Wins server.
