Creating new User in Redhat via command prompt

Hi, i've had a server setup on Linux Redhat and i'd like to know how i can possibly create a new user with priviledges as close as possible to root so i can use this account to connect to the remote server via an FTP client, since i believe it's not possible to FTP via logging in as root ??Start Free Trial
