I Want a Linux Command Or Bash Shell Script For Making Thumbnail Using Ffmpeg For Multi Videos...By Giving The Path Of Video Folder....It Should Make Thumbnail For All Videos Present In Folder Including Sub Folders.....Thumbnail Name Shld Be Same As Video File Name (ex: Video File Name video.3gp.Thumbnail File Name video.jpg) .....Thumbnail Should Be Made In Same folder where Video Is Present....

You can do the whole thing with the "find" command:
find /inputdir -name '*.3gp' -exec \
ffmpeg -itsoffset -8 -i {} -vcodec mjpeg -vframes 1 -an -f rawvideo -s 320x240 \
`echo {} | sed -e 's/.3gp/.jpg'` \;
