/var/cpanel/cpanel.config extracpus

How does that work?
Incase I have two 4 core processors will that make 8 extracpus?

Or may I type into there 16 aswell? 
1:

Edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run /usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).
