I have not configured tcp6 in my box but as you can see above proftd

Yes, but I have others services running with proto tcp6, Do I have to disable ipv6 on every service I have running on my 80 servers? :-) I dont think so. I really think I'm going to let it this way now that I see there's not a problem with tc06. At the beginning I thought it was a bug or something. Thanks for your answers.
Disabling IPv6 on Windows platforms does improve performance.
As for Linux, there are some documented cases where disabling IPv6 on Linux does improve network performance for applications like Firefox, DNS (bind) and Apache.
