Linux (Debian 5 Lenny) on VirtualBox window 2003 Host Unable to find a web browser

I loaded up a preconfigured version of Debian on Virtualbox and for the life of me I cant find where the guy installed a browser.  I have not worked with linux in a long time and while navigation and basic editing is not a problem I just do not know what a standard browser would be in a minimal build.
