setup problem with iptables

Hi!

I have a small problem with how to configure my iptables on my server.
I have one server on my home network which internet traffic (web ports and email ports) is NAT-ed to from my ADSL router (which has its own firewall).

What I want to be able to attain is to allow computers on the home network to have full access to the server,
build and maintain a blacklist which I can put a list of unwanted ipaddresses and also block port 21 from all other than the home network and sertain remote ipaddresses.

I have been looking at these links but I'm a little confused and the setup that I have done so far doesn't seem to work as I want
