How do I  log on my fedora 11 machine?

Recently, we created a computer on the VMware and  installed Fedora 11 on it using Fedora-11-i386-DVD.iso downloaded from internet. We set our domain name on LDAP instead of user name & password when we were asked to set up login settings. After installation, we can not logon via the domain name\user name and password. It alway shows us "unable to authenticate user".  Does anyone have some suggestions? Do we need to reinstall it? Thanks!
