Error when importing the certificates to the Fedora DS

Hi all,

I had installed Fedora DS using this link: "http://www.csse.uwa.edu.au/~ashley/fedora-ds/fedora-ds-26072006.html"
But I'm stuck when import the certificates, I've got error below:
"pk12util-bin: PKCS12 decode import bags failed: You are attempting to import a cert with the same issuer/serial as an existing cert, but that is not the same cert. "
I follow the instructions given.

I wonder how the author import the certificates with same issuer/serial as shown in the "Figure 6  Admin Server Certificate Manager " of the said link.
Need help from you guys,
