Gutsy Firefox flash and movies

Now that I am running Gusty, what and where do I need to go and get the few things that do not work off the bat in Firefox.
Like some flash stuff on some pages do not work.
And I could go to FoxNews and watch stuff there, but cannot now (videos). Mnd the Yahoo News stuff does not launch.

Is there a guide some where where I can see what and where with instructions to get Internet browser to see these things?
