Easy Linux System Installation

Hi,

I'm looking an easy to use package which can install everything I need.
I need smtp / pop3, apache, mysql, mail , php

I can install redhat-fedaora-5 or ubuntu or debian.

Does any package or panel system , do this job for me?
Which dist. I must use?
