VMWare - Linux Live CD - Wireless enabling??

Hi,
I am using Windows XP, on which I want to run a virtual machine (using VMWare).
The virtual machine is a Linux Live CD.
Now I want the virtual machine to be able to access the wireless card. How should I do that (I tried the settings Bridged and NAT but they dont work)?
Note that, If I boot directly from the CD (burned version), the wireless card gets detected&
