we are attempting to format the blade in preperation for the linux 4.4 installation. How de we get around the above error?

Tags: Red Hat, Red Hat Linux - 32 bit, ver 4.4, installed behind a firewall, IBM, IBM HS21 Blade, IBM HS21 Blade, This is connected to the company's local network, An error has occured - no valid devices were found on which to create new file systems. Please check your Hardware for the cause of this problem.
We are attempting to format the blade in preperation for the linux 4.4 installation. However we receive the following error - "An error has occured - no valid devices were found on which to create new file systems. Please check your Hardware for the cause of this problem."
We have tried using the Server Guide CD to perform the format, but we still get the error.
