Linux TCPDUMP Question

I'm tring to run this command as follows, can you help

./tcpdump -s 1500 -i eth0 -w /home/nsadm/Gi-in-test21.pcap "net 212.129.94.0/24 or net 212.129.64.220/32 or net 212.129.64.221/32"

I'm not too familiar with TCPDUMP on Linux

I believe I need to run this from the /usr/sbin/tcpdump
find / -name tcpdump retruns /usr/sbin/tcpdump

Could really use a quick answer on this please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Her is the error I get when I try to run the TCPDUMP command from /usr/sbin
