I do it using the /etc/xen/scripts/xmclone.sh which basically lets you
clone your VM's configuration file and disk files to a new VM changing
your IP, hostname, and MAC address if needed.  Detailed answers

Hi  AdnanKurtovic , thanks for your answer. Now I am getting the error:  TCP/IP ERROR: VNC CONNECTION TO HYPERVISOR HOST GET REFUSED OR DISCONNECTED.

I am having problem with my ¨cloned ¨ vm. Then my problem is not resolved. If you do not know to solve somebody else will.

Right, did your FW on the clone get updated with the change of IP/MAC? Likely not. Try disabling the FW on the original, the save/clone and finally reenable... Better? If so, you should be able to reconf the clones FW now:).
