So you want to find all the files with "Switch Internal Link Fault" inside them?
grep -i "Switch internal Link Fault" *
That will find all the files with that phrase inside of them, but it will not show you the file name.
Use the -H switch to show you the file name
grep -iH "Switch internal Link Fault" *
