Gtalk in Ubuntu

Hy all

I need to talk (voice, not just write please) with someone in other country with GTalk.

I'm in Ubuntu the other persons are in Windows, they are used to use GTalk and it will really difficult to make they change.

So, how can I speak with a generic GTalk user in UBuntu?
