I downloaded and burned the ISO to a CD. Ubuntu booted the laptop and worked fine from the CD. I proceeded to install it to the HD. During the process, the video got all screwed up. It's like my screen has two overlapping views. The install completed without any errors. I'm sure this is a driver or resolution type error but I don't know how to fix it. The only menu I can see on my screen right now is the OPTIONS button on the bottom left. Before my final reboot there had been a menu screen across the top. Any help would really be appreciated. Keep in mind that I'm a complete beginner when it comes to Linux.
