upgrade Kubuntu 6.10 via aptitude fails

Hello,

this is my first question, so I hope everything with points etc. will go well. Please tell me if I can do things better.

I tried to upgrade from Kubuntu 6.10 to 7.04 with aptitude.  First I changed source.list to feisty. Aptitude gets the updates, downloads the files but crashes while upgrading. I am also not able to install any packages. You'll find main.log attached. How can I upgrade without setting up a new server? Start Free Trial
