For Macs:

Little Snitch will probably tell you if you have a keylogger on a Mac: http://www.obdev.at/produc
You could also try using the Activity Monitor application which comes with the Mac (found in the \applications\utilities folder)
If you have a keylogger on a Mac, just move the application to the trash.
