how to find if my Mac or Linux system has keylogger  software  ?

do advice the best keylogger software in the market for Mac and Linux ?

how do i remove keylogger software and spy ware from my system ?

For Macs:

Little Snitch will probably tell you if you have a keylogger on a Mac:  http://www.obdev.at/products/littlesnitch/index.html

You could also try using the Activity Monitor application which comes with the Mac (found in the \applications\utilities folder)

If you have a keylogger on a Mac, just move the application to the trash.
