I think you can just type them in at the beginning of the text file.
But you need a PCL header and stuff first, and also the text in the textfile needs to be reformatted into PCL.
This won't be easily done by hand.
You can't send one or two PCL commands by using lpr.
If you wan't to format the text in any special way you need printer filters.
One of the best and easiest to use is magicfilter.
