Everything works fine using XP natively on the LAN.
Problem arises on setting up printing on a Linux guest - XP host with VMware workstation (or VMPlayer).
No-where can I find as reference to setting this up - either in VMWare User Manual or VMware Guest Manual.
Computer A - Linux guest (Xubuntu) on XP-Pro host with VMware Workstation
Computer B - XP-Pro native with HP-DJ1200 printer share
Computer A needs access to Computer B printer share
VMware Workstations seems silent on making the hookup... Nothing in the online documentation or in the groups that I have found.
I have graded the question as Difficult given the situation and apparent lack of information available plus the info has got to be out there...!
Would appreciate any guidelines or assistance
