First connect the printer to the PC locally, and when that works change the port so it is accessed via the LAN.
Also, that printer has a Built-in NIC, so you can connect it directly to the LAN and you don't need to connect to it via SAMBA where the Printer is attached to another PC that shares it and that would always have to be running. Just assign the printer a static IP, then connect to it via that IP.
