HTTPD Service Shell Script And other Services Urgent Help Required

Dear sir,

I am looking for some shell script which can restart the following if the service got fail to restart then the shell script will again try to restart the following service untill and unless it got successfully restarted and I want that shell script to run every 2hrs and email me every 2hrs if the following services started successfuly.

httpd
xinetd
mysql
named
