Boot Window XP partition by GRUB in Linux

When I install RedHat linux, my window XP cannot boot up by Grub.

My window XP is installed in ntfs and extended partition (hda6)

hda2         Extended
     hda5    FAT            d:\
     hda7    SWAP
     hda8    EXT3           /boot
     hda6    NTFS           e:\Winnt
     
hda3         EXT3           /
hda4         NTFS

Can Grub read and mount ntfs of hda6?

This script cannot work
