Browse All TopicsI have a Suse OpenExchange server and in the past I have used 'dump' as the tape backup software which has worked fine.
I have approx 35GB to backup and can use either a DAT12/24 drive or a DAT24*6 (6 tape autochanger). Oviously with the amount of data to be backed up using the autochanger would be the best solution.
However I have never used an autochanger with Linux and have no idea how easy it is to configure.
Can anyone give me any guidance for using an autochanger with dump or if that does not work well alternative software.
Thanks
