Question

powertweakd fails on startup

I am running Suse 9.1 and on every startup powertweakd fails to start.  I have looked all over the net and cannot find any real documentation on the program.  I can't find where it logs messages or how to  go about diagnosing problems with it.  Any ideas on how to get it running are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
