Syncing with Symbian PDA

Hi,

I work on a Linux platform: my desktop is on Fedora Core 4 and my laptop (an IBM R51) on Ubuntu Hoary 5.04. I primarily use Evolution 2.2.1.1 Groupware Suite.
I want to purchase a Sony Erricson P910i, a PDA phone based on Symbian OS but I don't know what can sync with a Symbian OS. GNOME pilot and Evolution only seem to support palm. Wine'ng Outlook would seem silly as I do most of my work on it, and switching to Windows (shudder) would be a better alternative. I somehow want to get that phone to sync with my Evolution.
