Postfix - deliver to limited local mailboxes

Hope this is easy...

I've got postfix running :-) It accepts mail to anyone@mydomain.co.uk

'Known' local users get it delivered to their mailbox. Any unknown users get it redirected to me ('ajb'). (Using luser_relay)

But the machine has several usernames defined that I don't want mail delivered to... Can I choose which get mapped to local mailboxes and which to the catchall

e.g. I'd like to say:

if 'fred', deliver to fred
else if 'joe' deliver to joe
else...
else deliver anything else to 'ajb'
