Keeping Packages update from the CLI in Redhat Enterprise 5

Asked by jgantes in Linux, Red Hat Linux, RPM Installer

Firstoff, I'm a newbie to Redhat.  I've used Debian a good amount.

We're moving our VMWARE to Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.  So far, I want to do everything from the CLI and not from X11.

My question is this:

Is there a simple way to administer RPM packages (IE, like DSELECT) if I'm a subscribed and paying member of Redhat Enterprise Linux?

As I noted, we don't have any GUI installed.
