I am trying to setup a sendmail email server to relay all incoming mail to an Exchange 2003 box. All I want to do is scan the mail on Linux box then forward it to exchange. The problem I am having is I can get sendmail to send email outgoing to external address, but not any internal. Also when I send to external address(gmail) It uses gmail as relay instead of exchange server. I have my smart host set to my domain. I am confused where to put the email addresses so sendmail knows who to accept mail for. In postfix you put them in relay_recipients. I have poured over other questions similar on EE, but did not seem to find any solutions pertaining to my problem. I could have missed it though.
