delete all files and setiings apache2 on suse 10.1

hello!

i have use linux suse 10.1, i install apache2 with yast (etc/apache2
and i edit http.conf
i try some things and i have problem with error 403 Access forbidden!
i reinsatll but again Access forbidden!
i try to install manual with ./configure but again Access forbidden!
i delete maniual all files in .etc/apavhe2/ but again Access forbidden!
i try everything where i find on internet but still i have problem
when i delete all files and install again apache the settings is the same before delete all files, why?
and i want to reset all settings or delete all files of apache from my suse
enyone to tell me how to do this !
when in my http.conf give the directory from my wamp(i install wamp5 on my windows xp) work one time prefect now not work and give me Access forbidden!
please enyone to tellme how to delete all files and settings of my apache?
